All prices are for two people sharing a room and include full breakfast.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
As all our rooms are either single or double rooms we do charge a supplement for single occupancy. Please enquire for the rate.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A £50 deposit per person is required to secure the booking. Cheques to be made payable to Rowany Cottier; we do not have card facilities. Bank transfers are also acceptable. Please enquire for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is usually non-returnable. You will also be liable to pay part, or all, of the balance due for any cancellations that occur later than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date if we cannot re-let the room. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance in case of cancellations due to illness and delays.
